Large Projects over $1,000,000 for FY 2027 
 
Power Division 
The copper primary replacement is estimated to cost $2.8 million this year.   We would 
anticipate issuing debt to cover this cost. 
Water Division 
The construction of a new reservoir (Tank 6) to address capacity and flow in our Mt. Verd 
Industrial Park and Highway 305 area is anticipated to be in excess of $6 million and we plan 
on funding that project with grant awards and debt. The renovation of main Madison to 
Crestway (Phase 1) is expected to cost $1.3 million.  
Wastewater Division 
The replacement of 3,500 linear feet Slack Road to Hicks Road is foreseen to cost 1.2 million.  
We will issue debt in order to finance this equipment replacement.
