b.) Approve proposal by Baseline Sports Construction to convert two (2) tennis courts at

c.) Approve purchase of a tractor from Dooley Tractor Co. (using Sourcewell Cooperative 
Agreement) to replac e Asset #2760, a 24 -year-old Ford tractor, for maintenance of

d.) Approve second/final year extension of contract with Huggins Lawn Care for mowing

f.) Approve Resolution No. 2021-09 to authorize submission of grant application
