Re: Second and Final Contract Extensions

MA Services, LLC has signed its second extension letter for RFB 24 -02, Janitorial Services, 
continuing service for an additional year, beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 
2027. 
Stansell Electric Company, Inc. has  also signed the second extension letters for RFB 24 -04, High 
Mast Preventative Maintenance & Repair, and RFB 24 -05, Traffic Signals Maintenance & Repair. 
Both agreements will continue for an additional year, beginning November 1, 2026, through 
October 31, 2027. 
These are the second and final extensions permitted under the contracts. All provisions of the 
original bids remain in effect during the extension periods.
