PUBLIC WORKS MEMORANDUM TO: Bridget Roberts, Interim City Manager Mike Keith, Finance Director Angela Robbins, Purchasing Agent FROM: Ben Burchfield, Public Works Director DATE: October 7, 2026 SUBJECT: Asset #4310 & 4311 Equipment Trailer Surplus Background The Public Works Department is requesting Council approval for the surplus of two construction equipment trailers, asset #4310 and #4311 from the street maintenance and street construction divisions, respectively. These two assets have been replaced with newer higher rated axle counterparts from the fleet fund and are recommended to be listed as surplus and subsequent sale. Action Item Approve surplus of both assets and their respective sale on GovDeals 8 Work Session October 12, 2026
