Approval of November 3, 2022 regular meeting minutes The minutes of the November 3, 2022, regular meeting were read and approved on motion by Laura Lenoir; seconded by Timberly Guffey; vote — unanimous OLD BUSINESS There was no old business to discuss. NEW BUSINESS 1. Election of Officers Chairperson Houston turned the meeting over to Mrs. Cardin for the election of officers. Mrs. Cardin opened the floor for nominations for Chairperson. Mrs. Lenoir nominated Mr. Houston for Chairperson. It was seconded by Ms. Garrett. Mr. Houston accepted the nomination. There were no other nominations. All were in favor of Mr. Houston serving as Chairperson. Mrs. Cardin opened the floor for nominations for Vice Chairperson. Ms. Garrett nominated Mrs. Lenoir. Mrs. Lenoir accepted the nomination. There were no more nominations. All were in favor Mrs. Lenoir serving as Vice Chair. ]
