• $705,000 to complete Mt. Verd Industrial Park improvements using a 50% ARC grant, 25% county funds, and 25%
city funds.
• $75,000 to repair water damage, recaulk, and pressure wash the City Hall exterior, $30,000 to replace internal
computer wiring at City Hall, and $50,000 to replace interior light fixtures to LED fixtures (fixtures and installation)
at City Hall under a TVA grant program that will reimburse the city about $12,000 for the fixtures resulting in
reduced electric bills for a total cost of $143,000.
