c.) Appoint Cynthia McCowen  to fill vacancy on Council Advisory Committee (Council 
Member Witt-McMahan’s representative), term expires March 21, 2024. 
d.) Appoint Cynthia McCowen to fill vacancy on Health & Educational Facilities Board, 
term expires September 21, 2022. 
e.) Reappoint Moises Contreras and Ron Starr to Recreation Advisory Board, terms expire

f.) Approve Resolution No. 202 1-13 to extend contract with TDOT for maintenance of
