Page 1 of 2 ATHENS BEER BOARD MINUTES OF MEETING April 16, 2024 The Athens City Council, sitting as the Athens Beer Board, met in regular session on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 7:02 p.m. with Chairman Sherlin presiding and upon roll call, the following members were present: Curtis, Witt-McMahan, Pelley, Sherlin, Eaton The following decisions were made and ordered made a part of the records of the Athens Beer Board. -1- APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Minutes of the February 20, 2024, regular meeting were submitted and approved. Board Member Curtis moved to approve; Board Member Pelly seconded. No discussion. Motion approved. Roll call vote: AYES: Curtis, Witt-McMahan, Pelley, Eaton, Sherlin NAYS: None -2- NEW BUSINESS Relinquishment of beer permit for Kibos Japanese Kitchen. Business is closed. Board Member Curtis moved to approve; Board Member Witt-McMahan seconded. Motion approved. Roll call vote: AYES: Curtis, Witt-McMahan, Pelley, Eaton, Sherlin NAYS: None 43x Relinquishment_ of restaurant beer permit application for Jenkins Grille and Market, 411 S. Jackson Street, Athens, TN subject to issuance of new license to JG&M Athens LLC. Board Member Eaton moved to approve; Board Member Witt-McMahan seconded. Motion approved.
