The Southeast Tennessee Trade & Conference Center, under the direction of the Parks & Recreation Director, is
a 5,220 square foot event center located within the city’s Regional Park. This facility or portions thereof are
available to be rented for business meetings, events, receptions, conventions, parties, luncheons, and more. This
Fund generates revenue from rental income.
• Repair and maintenance expenses include $125 ,000 to repair the floor cracks at the conference center,
repaint the blue roof, clean and repaint the exterior entrance, and other general repairs.
• Fixed assets expenses include $12,500 for a floor cleaning machine and replacement tables.
