Contract Scope Adjustment 
The City was notified that the family associated with 507 Bank Stree t has hired Stephens Excava ting 
LLC to demolish the structure on Monday, September 7, 2026. Therefore, 507 Bank Street must be 
removed from the City’s contract award. Outdoor Solutions  Services LLC’s bid of $6,370.00 for that 
property is excluded from the recommended award. 
Recommendation 
It is recom
mended that City Council award RFB #26-05 to Outdoor Solutions Services LLC for the 
demolition and clearing of 1506 Adams Street, 704 Haley Street, and 1504 View Street. The total 
recommended award amount is $18,035.00.
