SUBJECT: RFB #26-05, Demolition & Clearing of Condemned Structures – 
Recommendation to Award 
The City issued RFB #26-05 for the demolition and clearing of condemned structures located within 
the City of Athens. Sealed bids were received and opened on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. At the bid 
opening, the City received eight (8) bids. After review of bid compliance and required submittals, 
Outdoor Solutions Services LLC was determined to be the only responsive and compliant bidder. 
RFB Requirements / Considerations 
Per the bid submittal instructions and Addendum No. 1, 1402 Hammerhill Road was removed from 
the bid. The remaining addresses were evaluated based on bidder responsiveness, compliance with 
the required submittals, and price. 
Bid Evaluation 
Based on the bid tabulation and compliance review, Outdoor Solutions Services LLC submitted the 
lowest compliant bids for the remaining properties, as follows:
