Matt explained to the board he held a meeting with all tournament directors that submitted appropriate 
paperwork to host a tournament  at Athens Regional Park . The purpose of the meeting was for the 
directors to get  to know each other and to a gree on who would take each date . Said tournament 
directors were unable to come to an agreement on the dates listed above which resulted in Matt calling 
this meeting. The board members unanimously agreed on the aw ardee of each date between the 
contenders.
