ATHENS BEER BOARD MINUTES OF MEETING July 16, 2024 The Athens City Council, sitting as the Athens Beer Board, met in regular session on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 6:51 p.m. in the Athens City Hall Council Chambers with Board Member Eaton presiding. Upon roll call, the following members were present: Curtis, Pelley, Eaton ABSENT: Witt-McMahan, Sherlin The following decisions were made and ordered made a part of the records of the Athens Beer Board. -1- APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Minutes of the regular meeting of April 16, 2024, were submitted. Board Member Curtis moved to approve; Board Member Eaton seconded. No discussion. Motion approved. Roll call vote: AYES: Curtis, Pelley, Eaton NAYS: None -2- OLD BUSINESS -3- NEW BUSINESS Relinquishment of beer permit for Gas Express LLC d/b/a Chevron Food Mart located at 2631 Decatur Pike Athens, TN Board Member Curtis moved to approve; Board Member Eaton seconded. Motion approved. Roll call vote: AYES: Curtis, Pelley, Eaton NAYS: None
