Sources and how this works
This preview combines reported expenditure, approved funding and proposed project estimates. These are not all payments. Fiscal years follow the expenditure year or project record; they do not always show when construction occurred.
Paving uses the existing street-cost allocation. Stormwater estimates go to the documented project vicinity; sidewalk estimates follow the identified corridor. Park amounts are spread over reference park areas. Larger or uncertain projects can appear concentrated in one square.
Repeated project budgets are reconciled as program envelopes; separate projects at the same park are included independently. The next paving round uses preliminary named streets. Unconnected amounts remain outside the heat map.
